Refund Policy

Return Policy Overview

Our return window lasts 15 calendar days starting from the day you receive your purchased goods. Within this timeframe, you’re eligible to submit a return application.
Returns stemming from personal reasons like poor sizing fit or changed purchase decisions incur all outbound and return delivery expenses on the buyer’s end; in addition, a restocking charge ranging from 20% to 50% of the product price might be charged.
To speed up our after-sales processing for returns or swaps, send an email containing your order ID, personal contact details, plus picture or video proof of your problem. Keep all original goods and outer packaging intact until your after-sales case is fully finalized.
Promptly reach out to our support team right away if your parcel arrives flawed, contains wrong merchandise, or is missing contents.
Important Reminder: All final-sale handmade goods feature minor natural differences from online product photos; kindly take this subtle variance into account before placing your order.

Item Exchanges

Product replacement service is only available for pieces damaged or factory-defective upon delivery. Submit your exchange request via service@acevie.com within 15 days after goods delivery.

Step-by-Step Return Flow

Never ship items back without prior notice; message our support first to obtain official return guidelines and valid return mailing address.
All returned merchandise has to stay unused, kept in original packaging and resell-ready condition. Our finance team initiates your refund only after warehouse staff completes incoming product inspection.

Refund Rules & Arrangements

You will get an official notification once our team finishes checking your returned parcel, confirming whether your refund application passes approval. Approved funds will automatically go back to your initial payment account.
While sizing mismatches aren’t our liability, we can partially offset up to 20% of the product cost as a subsidy for your local tailor modification fees as a courtesy.
Original delivery fees on your order are already partially covered by our store discount. Should a refund be granted, real expenses spent on shipping, packing materials and manual handling will be subtracted from your reimbursement amount.
Specific product categories exclude return eligibility: expedited rush orders, purchase insurance, digital merchandise, gratuity fees, intimate apparel, fabric color samples and single-use disposable goods. Feel free to message us to verify return eligibility for your specific items.

Gift Purchases Return

For items shipped directly to you as a present, store credit will be issued after successful return processing. Refunds for non-gift orders will revert to the original buyer’s payment account.
