Policy Terms
- Cancellations submitted within 24 hours post-payment qualify for a full monetary refund.
- Requests made after the 24-hour window will receive partial reimbursement: full delivery charges are refunded, alongside 50%–90% of item value; the remaining 10%–50% is retained as restocking administration cost.
- No order cancellation is permitted once goods leave our warehouse for delivery.
