Cancellation Policy

 

At Acevie, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate reasonable order cancellation requests for your special occasion dresses. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order, as our guidelines vary based on order status to ensure smooth processing for all customers.
 
Order Cancellation Before Processing
 
If you wish to cancel your order and your order has not been processed (no confirmation email for production or shipping sent), please contact our customer service team immediately. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email, live chat or phone. Once confirmed, your full payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, with no cancellation fees incurred.
 
Order Cancellation During Processing
 
For orders that have entered processing (production started for dresses, or items prepared for shipping), cancellation is subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This fee covers the material costs and labor expenses we have already invested in your order. After confirming the cancellation, the remaining 80% of your payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
 
Note: For customized dresses (e.g. tailored wedding dresses, personalized mother of the bride dresses, made-to-measure bridesmaid dresses), once production starts, no cancellation requests will be accepted, as the dresses are crafted exclusively for your measurements and cannot be resold.
 
Order Cancellation After Shipping
 
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we cannot accept cancellation requests. If you no longer need the dress after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return application within the eligible time frame.

Special Notes

  • All cancellation requests must be confirmed by our customer service team; unconfirmed requests will not be processed.
  • For orders paid with coupons or discount codes, the coupon/discount amount will not be refunded separately and will be invalid once the cancellation is confirmed.
  • In case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, logistics disruptions) that affects order processing, we will negotiate with you on cancellation and refund solutions in good faith.
 
To initiate an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours.
